Every WRR production begins with a group of artists choosing to build something none of us could make alone — and that act of collaboration is where the work truly comes alive. Whether you're a longtime professional or stepping into your first audition, we'd love to meet you and see what we might create together.

We're always eager to meet artists whose work might find a home here — directors, playwrights, designers, composers, performers, and the many collaborators who bring a season to life. Seasons are built slowly and thoughtfully, and the artists we bring in are the ones who make each show what it becomes.

If you'd like to be considered for future work, please send us your materials. A resume, a portfolio link, a reel, a script, a website, whatever makes sense to what you are submitting for and shares with us what you do. We keep an active file and revisit it as we plan each season. We love collaborating and growing our team of artists and co-creators, so please reach out anytime!
