WORK WITH US
Wood River Rep is built by the people who show up. Artists, educators, students, and neighbors who want to make something together. Some arrive with decades of training, some are just discovering what theatre can be — all are welcome. If any of the paths below sound like you, we'd love to hear from you — and if none of them quite fit but you want to be part of what we're building, please reach out!
TEACHING ARTISTS
We're always looking for skilled, generous teaching artists to lead classes, workshops, and residencies across acting, voice, movement, music, design, writing, and beyond. If you love the craft and love sharing it, please send us your resume and a letter about your experience and proposal of offering.
CAREERS
Open positions are posted here as they become available. We are a small and mighty company, and the people we hire wear a lot of hats and shape the work in real ways. The people who thrive here are curious, adaptable, and genuinely invested in what we're building — whether that's in the office, in the rehearsal room, or out in the community. Please check back often, or send us your resume to keep on file.
VOLUNTEERS
Great theatre takes a great team — and volunteers are an essential part of ours. Your time and energy help us create a welcoming, professional experience for audiences while supporting live arts in the Wood River Valley.
We value positive energy, collaboration, and the simple joy of working together to make something meaningful. Whether you have theatre experience or simply love the arts and want to contribute in a hands-on way, there’s a role for you here.
As a nonprofit organization, volunteer time is also a powerful form of support — another way to give back and help our work thrive.
Email us at info@woodriverrep.org and we’ll be in touch soon.
APPRENTICESHIPS
The WRR Apprenticeship is an immersive program for early-career theatre makers ready to build real skills alongside working professionals. Apprentices train across multiple disciplines, contribute to mainstage productions, and leave with the credits, connections, and confidence to take the next step.
