A community storytelling workshop series built on a simple truth: everyone has a story worth telling.
This six-week workshop brings people from all walks of life together to find their voice, share their experience, and discover the magic of storytelling. Voices of the Valley gathers true stories from the people who live and work in the Wood River Valley and transforms them into creative expression.

"The spark" is a Hispanic theater development workshop designed to bring our community together through the love of storytelling, performance, and the arts.
This summer, in partnership with The Space, we will hold a summer theater camp the last week of July to kick things off for this free community offering.

THe WHOLE ARTIST

This 6-week workshop uses theatre as a vehicle for personal growth, creative wellbeing, and community connection.
In partnership with a mental health professional, this wellness program will offer tools and practices for emotional resilience, self care, confidence, and meaningful connection for artistic expression.

the LAb

The Lab is Wood River Rep’s artistic development program. Intensive workshops blending improv, acting, physical theater, writing, and directing — for professional artists who want to continue sharpening their craft, and for community members who have never done any of this before but want to create alongside one another.
The Lab ends with a performance at Wood River Rep’s Theatre Fest on April 4th 2027.

High School Apprentices work alongside our professional staff and creatives on mainstage productions, learning by doing from day one through the entire process.
Our goal to cultivate apprentices who grow with the company, deepen their skills, and help shepherd in the next wave of artists.

Our teaching artist program in partnership with Wood River High School. Professional, working artists in the classroom, mentoring students in the craft of live theater.
We have been doing this work, we are going to continue it, and we are going to grow it - a continued cycle of partnership, investment in our youth, and exposure to the arts that matters deeply to us.
